Sorry I’m so late with the posts, but I traveled alot this month. Anyway, this review is about LIFE AS WE KNEW IT. This book is an interesting new end-of-the-world theory. In Life As We Knew It, a meteor has hit the moon, knocking it closer to the earth, which produces catastophic climate change. Massive tsunamis, caused by the now-much-stronger pull of the tides, wipe out coastlines, the power goes out, supermarkets run out of food, gas hits $12 a gallon, and volcanos all over the world erupt, even the “dead” ones, because the moon’s gravity pulls the magma to the surface, causing volcanic ash to blot out the sun… read the book to find out what happens next. This is a story of survival, and it comes highly recommended.
